Job Overview 

The ideal candidate will be a natural Sales Expert with +5yrs hands on experience &  a strong B2B/ SAAS background . Will be well acquainted with the Fintech scene in general & payment gateways in particular .Furthermore, shall be sharp, focused with outstanding communication skills & a strong network of connections to be able to search, identify, structure, manage & develop strategic partnerships, alliances and commercial deals within the most relevant players in the ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and enhance sales and business development plans through market intelligence, understanding of client markets (quantitative and qualitative) and competitor analysis
  • Focus on solution selling and closing opportunities
  • Identify  needs, articulate value proposition, differentiate competition and position for new market entry
  • Report on sales activity, pipeline development and revenue forecast.
  • Develop the Go To Market strategy for different markets 

 

Requirements & Qualifications (Must- haves)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • +5 yrs  B2B/ SAAS sales & business development experience
  • Strong CRM tools knowledge; SalesForce, Zoho, Odoo, or any other tools.
  • Previous Fintech experience, Strong knowledge of Fintech & financial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Highly client oriented &  results driven
  • Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills. Drive, enthusiasm and creativity are key attributes
  • Proactive with a successful track record of lead conversion till closing clients in the sales cycle.
  • Independent and highly-motivated, results-driven with an ongoing curiosity for growth
